The Itaú Bank, specifically WMS (Wealth Management & Services), has defined innovation as one of its guidelines. This new way of thinking has gradually been incorporated into the behavior and initiatives of its employees. However, as it is known that an innovative attitude is difficult to define and demand in practice, this has led to the creation of a superintendency dedicated to this new work culture based on values constructed from the "design thinking" approach.
As needed, business units belonging to WMS choose their priority projects that need to have a focus on innovation.
After the completion of the project, the information is gathered into a book for dissemination among the key stakeholders.
Our work consisted of diagramming and aligning the raw information received from the innovation superintendency by project with the visual identity already used by each segment, thus facilitating the sharing of knowledge generated by the projects among the various business units of WMS.
